Programs
FPR Monster v1 keeps programs honest by labeling what is ready for public planning, what is still incubating, and what is blocked until safe. That clarity protects the mission, the family, partners, sponsors, and the people FPR hopes to serve.
The first public planning lanes focus on practical infrastructure: building the ridge, food, water, energy, digital dignity, stability pathways, and mentorship. Other ideas matter, but they require more safety, legal, insurance, facility, partner, and review work before they can become active public programs.

Trust & Review
Incubator programs are not active public services. Blocked-until-safe means FPR will not launch them until safety, partner, legal, insurance, staffing, facility, consent, and review conditions are met. Every program card carries a status label so planning and active language cannot blur.
