Trust and Dignity

Public planning page. This page does not launch emergency shelter, open camping, residency, public kitchen, medical/legal/crisis services, or participant intake.

Trust is not a decoration. For FPR, trust is part of the infrastructure. The work must be honest about what exists, what is planned, what is blocked until safe, and what requires human review.

What FPR Is

FPR is a family-led, veteran-serving Appalachian resilience project built around land, skills, food, water, energy, local-first technology, and dignity-centered partnerships.

What FPR Is Not

FPR is not an emergency shelter, open campground, overnight residency program, public kitchen, medical provider, mental-health provider, legal provider, crisis-response provider, formal school, church, or government-backed project.

Privacy Rules

Privacy comes first. Participant data defaults private. No private content is ingested or published by this public planning page or its tools.

Consent Rules

Consent must be specific and revocable. Nothing about a person’s situation is shared, published, or implied without that person’s specific, revocable consent.

Participant Story Rules

Participant stories default to private. No live participant intake exists in this public planning page, and no story is required as a condition of receiving help.

No Forced Faith

Help is not conditioned on forced faith. Religious participation is never a requirement for support.

No Forced Gratitude

Help is not conditioned on forced gratitude, public thanks, photos, or testimonials.

No Labor-for-Help

Help is not conditioned on labor. Support is not exchanged for work as a requirement.

No Open Camping

FPR does not currently operate open camping. Overnight stays, residency, and open camping are blocked until safe.

No Emergency Shelter Claim

FPR is not an emergency shelter, and this public planning page makes no claim that emergency shelter services are active.

No Public Kitchen Claim

FPR is not a public kitchen, and this public planning page makes no claim that public food service is active.

No Autonomous AI Publishing

Gary and AI tools may draft, organize, score, and flag risks. Humans approve public copy, public claims, publishing, financial decisions, and sensitive program steps. No autonomous publishing or autonomous financial execution occurs from this public planning page.

Human Review

Every page in this public planning page carries a review label identifying which humans — Mike, Abbe, and where relevant, outside advisors — must review the content before any public use.

No public page should blur planning into active service. Sensitive programs remain blocked until safe. Public copy must be reviewed before use.
