Freedom’s Purchase Ranch (FPR) takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.
What We Collect
Contact form submissions. If you submit a contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide — name, email address, message, and inquiry type. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Intake processing. Contact form submissions are processed by FPR’s internal AI system to classify inquiry type and extract relevant information. This processing happens on FPR’s own infrastructure (not external AI services) and is used only to route your inquiry correctly.
Standard web analytics. This site may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through hosting infrastructure. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect participant records, medical information, legal documents, crisis information, or sensitive family details through this website. This site is not a participant intake system.
How We Use Information
Contact form information is used only to respond to your inquiry, match you with a relevant program or person at FPR, and include you in follow-up communications if you have requested them.
Data Retention
Contact form inquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless an ongoing relationship requires retention. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing freedomspurchase@gmail.com.
Participant Privacy
FPR operates with a participant-first privacy default. Participant stories, situations, records, and identities are treated as private by default. No participant information is published, shared, or used without that person’s specific, revocable consent.
Children
This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Programs involving children or families operate through guardian-approved, partner-safe pathways with appropriate safeguards.
