Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our products! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we use a print-on-demand (POD) model through Printify, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for incorrect sizing, color choices, or simply changing your mind. This is because each product is unique and created specifically for your order.

Here are the exceptions where we can accept a return or exchange:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to provide a free reprint or a full refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the damage or defect using our “Submit Issue” form.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect compared to your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost for any non-defective returns.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or credited to your store account balance, depending on your preference.

  3. Briefly describe the issue and attach a clear photo (for damaged/defective items).
